Proven hands-on experience managing high-availability SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP AEM, and related environments.Deep expertise in SAP CPI iFlows, adapters, Groovy scripting, and exception handling.Strong understanding of SAP API Management (Integration Suite) and SAP Edge Integration Cell.Proficiency with SAP Advanced Event Mesh, message routing, and event-driven architecture.Familiarity with SAP BTP, on-premise SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA), and integrations via REST, SOAP, sFTP, JDBC, and other protocols.Programming skills in Groovy, Java, and XSLT with a focus on security, data protection, and performance optimization.Experience managing transport and change governance, incident triage, and root cause analysis.Skilled in monitoring tools like SAP Cloud ALM, observability platforms, and incident management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Adept at documentation using Confluence and following agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.Nice to Have Skills

Experience with SAP Open Connectors and Edge computing concepts.Knowledge of automation tools and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and incident response automation.Industry certifications related to SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Platform.Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise integration platforms in a production environment, preferably within retail or luxury brands.Prior leadership experience leading operational teams and managing cross-functional projects.Other Requirements
