Site Manager - School Refurbishment ProjectLocation: Glasgow Rate: £260 per dayDuration: 6 WeeksStart Date: 2nd NovemberEnd Date: 11th DecemberHours: 07:00 - 16:00Contract Type: Temporary ContractSite Manager Required - School Refurbishment ProjectWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced refurbishment project at a live educational facility in Glasgow.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Site Manager with a strong refurbishment background and previous experience working within occupied environments such as schools, nurseries, healthcare facilities, or similar sensitive settings.The ProjectThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing refurbishment works within a live nursery environment, ensuring the safe delivery of works while maintaining strict safeguarding and health and safety standards.Works will include: Internal decoration worksFlooring replacementToilet and welfare facility upgradesInstallation of new kitchen and storage facilitiesElectrical improvementsVentilation upgradesExternal repair and maintenance works This is a turnkey project, with labour supplied including joiners, painters, decorators, electricians and roofers.Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operationsCoordination and supervision of subcontractors and tradesEnsuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standardMaintaining site records and health and safety documentationManaging works within ..... full job details .....
