Estimator / Quantity SurveyorTwickenham and London Sites£50,000-£60,000 + PackageA respected main contractor specialising in luxury residential refurbishments, extensions and high-end fit-out projects is seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led residential schemes, including an initial 20-unit luxury refurbishment project, with a split between the Twickenham office and London sites.The RoleThe successful candidate will support projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesPreparing quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings.Producing estimates, cost plans and tender submissions.Scoping work packages and preparing subcontract enquiries.Procuring subcontractors and suppliers.Reviewing and administering subcontract valuations.Preparing contracts and commercial documentation.Monitoring project costs and producing cost reports.Managing variations and change control.Assisting with interim valuations and final accounts.Supporting commercial management on live projects.Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.Working between the Twickenham office and project sites.RequirementsExperience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Estimator.Main contractor experience is essential.Experience within residential refurbishment, ..... full job details .....
