Sous Chef - 4 day week, required for a fresh food kitchen using a brilliant range of ingredients and
flavours. They will teach you about the type of dishes they serve and this type of food is really on-trend at the moment. Sous Chef, £37,000 + around £2k tips (£39,000 package)
The role:As a Sous Chef you will run the kitchen with the Head Chef, ensuring everything runs smoothly when the Head Chef is off. You will help to train junior members of the kitchen and ensure each plate is presented perfectly and full of
flavour . The dishes are very "on trend" at the moment so this is a great opportunity to learn and pick up new techniques. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties
Experience:We are looking for a Sous Chef from a fresh food background who is willing to learn new dishes and open to learning new techniques. You will have good knife skills, kitchen management experience and be able to support and lead a kitchen team
