About You Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in sales and business development. Confident generating new business and managing client relationships. Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated. Strong communication and IT skills. Full UK driving licence essential (own vehicle desirable).
