BASIC SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on background, experience, and potential)

JOB DESCRIPTION: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

40 hour working week (Rotating double Day shift):
· Week 1, 3 & 5 - Monday to Thursday 6.00 – 14.30 and Friday 06.00 – 12.00
· Week 2, 4 & 6 - Monday to Thursday 13.00 – 23.00

This is a hands-on role, setting up a machine, reading drawings and adjusting equipment while checking. You will be working in a medium – high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

Based out of our Milton Keynes Head Office, your duties and accountabilities will include:
· Operating CNC Lathes.
· Maintaining product quality through first off and sample preparation.
· Operating CNC and manual metrology equipment.
· Maintaining on time adherence for work schedule.
· Maintaining the condition of machinery through routine machine checks and cleaning routines.
· Personal and operational safety.
· Actively engaging in continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

You will have the following characteristics and experiences:
· CNC Turning, Setting & Operating Machine Tooling experience.
· GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English, Engineering, or Craft qualification.
· Dedicated to attention to detail, and high-quality.
· Keen to take responsibility and initiative.
