Health And Safety Manager
The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of health, safety, and compliance across our operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing best practice HandS standards throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide health and safety policies and procedures Ensure full compliance with UK health and safety legislation Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver HandS training and toolbox talks Maintain up-to-date records and compliance documentation Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business Requirements NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) (NEBOSH Diploma desirable) Proven experience in a Health and Safety Manager or Senior HandS Advisor role Strong knowledge of UK HandS legislation Experience conducting audits and risk assessments Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels What s on Offer Competitive salary package Company benefits package Career progression opportunities Supportive and professional working environment If you are a motivated Health and Safety professional looking to take the next step in your ..... full job details .....
