Temporary Executive Assistant Full-time Office Based Immediate start London, UK I am seeking an experienced EA to join a global digital marketing agency to provide extensive support to the CEO and multiple other senior executives within the company. The role requires strong, consistent and detailed support and a key part in handling communications within various teams across the globe. This role will suit an immediately available EA looking to integrate into a new team, make the role their own and hit the ground running. This role will intially be on a 2 month basis and will have a strong view of becoming permanent for the right candidate. What you''ll do Manage the CEO''s complex and ever-changing diary, prioritising meetings, scheduling effectively and ensuring their calendar and time is well organised. Provide consistent, high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and wider Senior Executive Team. Coordinate communications with teams and stakeholders across multiple global locations, acting as a key and reliable point of contact. Coordinate projects, initiatives and ad-hoc tasks on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership team. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete professionalism and discretion.
