Drive Performance in RAC''s Largest PandL

RAC is on a bold journey of data transformation and we''re looking for a commercially driven Finance Business Partner to help lead the way. Supporting our Consumer Roadside Division, you''ll focus on Retention, Sales Operations, and Pricing, playing a pivotal role in unlocking performance through data, insight, and strategic finance.

This is a high-impact role within RAC''s largest PandL, offering direct visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how we renew over 2 million breakdown members annually. You''ll be at the centre of a major data transformation, helping shape how we use insight to drive smarter decisions and commercial success. You''ll report into the Senior Finance Business Partner, working closely within a team of four.

Partner with Retention, Sales Ops, and Pricing teams to provide financial insight and challengeDevelop and maintain reporting tools to track volume, value, and performance trendsDeliver commercial analysis and commentary for trading and performance reviewsSupport investment decisions through robust financial modelling and appraisalContribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles with clear assumptions and KPI trackingEnsure accurate, timely reporting and uphold strong financial controlsBuild cross-functional relationships to influence decision-making and drive outcomesWhat You''ll Bring

Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally in a commercial or consumer-facing environmentStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and Power BI highly desirableExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive and inquisitive mindset, combining professional scepticism with a passion for continuous improvement to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomesResilience and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentWe''re committed to building a culture that reflects the diverse communities we serve - open, accessible, collaborative, and inclusive.
