Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to-join a dedicated staff team at a well-respected nursing home in Cardiff.-

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the-leadership and supervision of the nurse and care team, ensuring high-quality resident-care, adherence to best practices, ensuring clinical excellence and overseeing staff support and development.-

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Must have Clinical Lead Nurse experience within a Nursing Home setting

This role has a competitive salary starting at -46,000 per annum. A benefits package can be provided, after an initial enquiry call has taken place.
