Senior Structural EngineerLocation: SurreyThe OpportunityWe are currently working in partnership with a well-established structural engineering consultancy based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to support their continued growth across a predominantly residential project portfolio.This role would suit an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading design delivery, and acting as a key technical point of contact for clients and project teams.The RoleLead the structural design and delivery of residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and refurbishmentsManage projects from concept through to constructionPrepare and review structural calculations, reports, and design informationProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and techniciansLiaise directly with clients, architects, contractors, and local authoritiesAttend design meetings and site visits as requiredEnsure designs comply with current UK standards, building regulations, and best practiceContribute to the continued development of internal processes and technical standardsAbout YouDegree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)Significant experience working on UK residential structural projectsStrong technical knowledge of UK design codes and building regulationsComfortable managing multiple projects and client relationshipsExperience mentoring or managing junior staffProficient in relevant structural analysis ..... full job details .....
