This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative finance team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.The successful candidate will be confident stepping into an existing environment, quickly understanding processes, bringing structure where needed, and working with a high level of autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchase ledger and supplier accountsPrepare payment runs for approvalComplete bank and balance sheet reconciliationsPost journals and support month-end processes Reconcile credit cards and review expense claims in line with policy Support income reconciliation and collectionsAssist with VAT returns, P11D and PSA processesRespond to audit queries and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain invoice processing within the finance systemCandidate ProfileAAT qualified (or equivalent) with strong bookkeeping expertiseProven experience in a similar finance role, within a charity or NFPAvailable to start immediatelyComfortable working independently and managing prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organisational skillsConfident communicator across teamsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation at a time when your expertise can ..... full job details .....
