Our client is recruiting for a Private Client Paralegal, to join their Blackheath, London office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their experience within a well-established Private Client department, supporting fee earners and developing their own caseload.Key Responsibilities:• Assisting with all aspects of Wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning, and Powers of Attorney• Supporting on trust matters including drafting, administration, and advising on taxation issues• Managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence, while receiving supervision in line with the firm''s procedures• Making sound legal decisions using your knowledge and judgment, with support on key or complex matters• Liaising with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, providing clear and professional communication throughout• Preparing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard• Ensuring accurate case progression and file management from start to finishWhat We''re Looking For:• A minimum of 1 year''s experience as a Private Client Paralegal• Confident handling of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and general estate planning• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong attention to detail, with good numerical and administrative skills• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision• Familiarity with relevant statutory duties and a good understanding of legal processes• Competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ..... full job details .....
