We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming early years setting who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

About the role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be someone who is confident working in a busy nursery environment and who genuinely enjoys engaging with children through play, interaction and meaningful learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• Have a strong practical understanding of the EYFS.

• Be confident and capable of working within a busy nursery environment.

• Understand the importance of attachment, emotional regulation and strong key-person relationships.

• Be warm, caring and proactive, with a genuine ability to engage and interact with children.

• Have excellent communication skills when working with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

• Be reliable, professional and committed to developing a long-term career in early years.

• Take pride in their practice and the quality of experiences they provide for children.

• Be enthusiastic about continuing their professional development and expanding their early years knowledge.
