Our client is looking for an experienced deputy HR Manager, specialising in EU employment law to join our multi-cultural office in London. You must have a Law Degree/certificate in employment law.Responsibilities

Recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contractsSupporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR departmentCompiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leavesProcessing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefitsSupporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminarsCoordinating logistics for new hiresOverseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communicationsContinuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiencyQualifications
