The Role As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring vacancies progress efficiently from approval through to appointment. You''ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agencies, providing practical recruitment support whilst helping the firm attract and secure top talent. Key Responsibilities Managing recruitment campaigns across a variety of business areas. Drafting engaging job adverts, job descriptions and attraction materials. Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and professional networks. Managing candidate communications and recruitment pipelines. Coordinating interviews, assessments and selection activities. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment guidance.
