Lodge PorterWe re recruiting for a Lodge Porter to join a busy and welcoming team based at an established Oxford organisation.Working from the Lodge, you ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students and guests, providing excellent customer service while also helping to maintain the security and safety of the site.The role will include: Welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiriesMonitoring CCTV and site securityManaging keys, access cards and visitor parkingPatrolling the grounds and responding to incidentsSupporting with deliveries, room set-ups and general porter dutiesActing as a point of contact for emergencies and out-of-hours issues We re looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented and confident communicating with people, with good IT skills and a strong customer service approach.An SIA licence is required for the role, but if you don t currently hold one, you must be willing to undertake the licence - fully funded by the company.Hours: 6.30am 6.30pm, 4 days on / 4 days off, including weekends and bank holidays.Benefits: 26 days holiday, pension, onsite parking, uniform and optional paid overtime.For information on how we collect, store and process your personal data, please refer to our GDPR Privacy Policy on The Recruitment Group website. ..... full job details .....
