We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at an exciting new luxury residential development in Birmingham.This is a 15 month FTC role working 40 hours a week.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date systems for all lettings activity, including rental data and viewing feedbackCoordinate online marketing of available apartmentsConduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants and negotiate rental offersManage applicant vetting and complete new let paperwork in line with proceduresSupport the negotiation of tenancy renewals where requiredRequirementsPrevious experience within a busy residential leasing or lettings environmentExperience conducting property viewings and negotiating offersProven ability to work in a target-driven environmentStrong organisational and administrative skillsConfident using IT systems and databasesAbout YouA positive, proactive attitudeStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamConfidence using digital tools, systems, and social ..... full job details .....
