Client:Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects.

They are working on some prestigious projects over in London and have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on permanent basis.

The Project Manager will be based in Antrim full time with travel to London required 1 or 2 days per week or 2 to 3 days every fortnight.

Main Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure all necessary resources are in place to meet deadlinesEstablish and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial targetsEnsure all work meets client specifications and quality standards, including implementation of the Control Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulationsEffectively manage all project resources including staff, labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and internal departments (e.g., design and factory teams)Set clear targets and reporting procedures, and measure team and stakeholder performance against these standardsAct as the primary liaison with clients and their representatives, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptlyProactively develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsEnsure contractual conditions are adhered to and maintain accurate, contemporary records to protect the company''s positionImplement and uphold company Operations and Safety Management Procedures on all projects. Demonstrate a high standard of safety at all times throughout the projectUndertake any other responsibilities within your knowledge, experience, or competency as requested by senior management.

The Ideal Person:Degree qualified or other relevant qualificationsExperience working on high end fit out projectsTrack record working as a Project ManagerExcellent leadership, planning and communication skillsGreat attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost controlExcellent management skillsGood IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft OutlookAbility to read and interpret drawingsAble to commute to Antrim on a daily basisHappy to travel and stay away when required
