Quality Manager A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager within an SME specialising in quality and performance in BirminghamWe re seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead a small team and drive continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities: Manage a small team, setting goals and KPI sManaging all company quality procedures and compliance in line with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standardLead all internal and external audits, non-conformance resolution, and risk management activitiesManage all RCCA, Root Cause Corrective ActionsPerform self assessments for NADCAP and preparation for external auditsCollaborate with customers and suppliers to uphold robust quality standardsEnsure compliance with legal, safety, and customer-specific requirementsManage and develop the Quality team while promoting a continuous improvement cultureTake ownership of quality metrics, training, product release, and system documentationSupport production planning, calibration control, contract reviews, and performance reporting About You: You must have quality assurance credentials and be compliant in quality within aerospace or Defence ideallyStrong working knowledge of and accreditations ISO 9001, AS9100, EN14001 JOSCAR and NADCAP StandardExperience with aerospace or MOD sector standards and Quality processesDetail-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident in managing audits, developing procedures, and liaising ..... full job details .....
