both Adults and Children .Doing:Leading kitchen operations in care homes and school environmentsCreating and delivering balanced, appealing menus tailored to dietary needsEnsuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulationsManaging stock, budgets, and supplier relationshipsSupporting a positive kitchen culture and mentoring junior staff

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ChefStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of food safety and allergen managementFlexibility to work across multiple sites in West YorkshireEnhanced DBS for Adults and Children (essential)
