Site ManagerLincoln4 months 260 / day We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a structural alteration project at a Jobcentre in Lincoln.The project involves the demolition of an existing internal staircase, carried out in accordance with a Category 9 structural engineer''s design, followed by the installation of a new external staircase. This is a live environment, so strong planning, coordination and health and safety management are essential. Similar construction projects commonly involve structural demolition and replacement works delivered under strict safety controls.Key Responsibilities:Managing all site activities from start to completion.Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.Ensuring all works comply with health and safety legislation and company procedures.Liaising with the client, structural engineer and project team.Managing site programmes, quality and daily progress.Completing site paperwork, RAMS reviews and daily records.Maintaining a safe and organised site throughout the project.Essential Requirements:SMSTSBlack CSCS Card (Manager)First Aid at WorkAsbestos AwarenessPrevious experience managing structural alteration or refurbishment projects.Strong communication and organisational skills.
