They manage systems for individual account servicing, processing, and automated call analysis. The team also oversees bulk processing infrastructure, internal operations workflows, and integrations with external platforms.Within this group, there are several teams. This role sits within our Core Tech Systems (CTS) team who handle all all the critical, complex calculations for our core credit product: working out a customer''s balance in real-time, creating payment plans for those who are struggling, and managing the collections process.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll build robust and scalable solutions using .Net technologyFrom the first line of code to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement - you’ll own the SDLCTeamwork makes the dream work - you’ll partner with Product Managers, QA’s, Site Reliability/Platform Engineers and fellow Software EngineersYou’ll build bulletproof unit and integration tests to keep our software sharp and our users happyBugs happen.
