-27K, Full Time 40 hours per week 8.30am -4.30pm Monday to Friday
Our Doncaster based client is looking to recruit a Purchase ledger Assistant to join their small finance team for an 11-month Maternity cover. Duties include:
- Process high volume of invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Deal with supplier enquires either by phone, post, or email.
- Monitor debit PL account balances, processing refunds where necessary.
- Monthly reconciliation of the Purchase Ledger accounts.
- Process company payments.
- Assist with Year End audit and cash book maintenance.
- Produce P/L reports for budget holders.
To be considered for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role, the candidate must have:
- Intermediate IT skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent numeracy, written and communication skills and problem-solving abilities are helpful.
- Experience of working in a Purchase Ledger role is essential.
- Immediate interviews and start for the right candidate.
