Location: Birmingham City Centre / Hagley Road (Office Based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped Bonus & Commission
Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in the Driving and Transport sector? Are you confident managing existing client relationships while also being comfortable picking up the phone and winning new business?
We are looking for an ambitious Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham City Centre / Hagley Road office and take ownership of an established Driving recruitment desk.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing client base and candidate network, maintain and develop those relationships, while also generating new leads, winning new clients and growing the desk.

The Role

You'll be taking over an established Driving recruitment desk, giving you the opportunity to build on existing relationships and revenue from day one.
You'll manage temporary and permanent driving vacancies across roles including HGV Class 1, HGV Class 2, 7.5 Tonne, LGV and Van Drivers.
A key part of the role will be maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, delivering excellent service and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
You'll also be expected to take a proactive approach to business development and cold outreach, identifying new opportunities, making sales calls, arranging client meetings, winning new accounts and building your network across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
