This includes:Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.Screening and interviewing candidates.Speaking with hiring managers about vacancies and hiring needs.Managing the recruitment process from first call to offer and start.Working to clear activity and revenue targets with coaching and support.This is a phone-based, target-driven role.
