Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with and gradually take ownership of monthly management accounts, including analysis and commentary.Work alongside the Divisional Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting.Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including bank reconciliations, ledgers, and cash flow.Liaise with a centralised accounts team to ensure efficient processing of purchase and sales ledger activity.Provide financial support to the General Manager and departmental leaders.Lead and support accounts assistants and sales administration staff as part of your development.Identify areas for financial process improvement and support wider business initiatives.Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc project work.
