Headwriter/Headwaitress

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a

n outgoing and passionate Headwaiter/Headwaitress

to join our highly professional and energetic front-of-house team at Bentley''s Oyster Bar and Grill. You will be working alongside managers and sommeliers within a multi award winning restaurant group

.Key Responsibilities:Organising the dining area to ensure it is ready and perfectly presented before the briefing

Organise the restaurant floor as

required

to ensure they are ready and prepared for the next service

Closely communicating with senior

management

and sommeliers

Maintain order of service and pass special requests to managers

Present menus, specials, take drinks orders and use tills system correctly

Learning and understanding the menu

in order to

confidently present it to the customers

Providing excellent service by caring for the guests and satisfying their needs from the moment they are seated until they leave

Successful candidate will:Possess outgoing personality

and have people skills

Have a charisma and can-do attitude with passion for the service and guest care

Attention to the details and strong organizational skills

Be able to work under pressure and able to multi-task

Have good listening and communication skills
