Working closely with the Online Business Development Manager and cross functional teams, you will build, optimise and enhance our web presence ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and user-focused. You will be hands-on with modern front-end technologies, design seamless UI/UX experiences, and manage headless CMS platforms to support our growing digital ecosystem.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure web platformsImplementing responsive and user-focused front-end solutions using React (or similar frameworks), TypeScript, TailwindCSSDesigning and supporting headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity) to ensure best UI/UX and web development practices (including use of Figma).Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standardsConducting thorough testing using Vitest/Jest or similar testing libraries to ensure software quality and performanceTranslating business requirements into robust technical solutionsOptimising website performance for speed, SEO, and accessibility, including AI search and agent integrationManaging routine updates, enhancements, and maintenance across all web propertiesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficientlyWhat we’re looking forWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Developer with a passion for building high quality web experiences.
