Quality Assurance

The role:

Lead and maintain BRC food safety certificationLead and contribute to the HACCP teamOversee quality checks from raw materials to finished goodsInvestigate and restrict any non-conforming materialsTrain and develop staff on company quality standardsApprove and implement QAS/RAGS for new products and changesLead corrective action processes for anything off-specTake the technical lead during factory audits and meetingsContinuously review and improve quality systems and food safety controls

What you bring:

Proven leadership in food safety and quality managementHACCP knowledge and audit experienceA proactive approach with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to inspire high standards across the team
