Recent funding has enabled investment in systems and processes, and the finance function is now being strengthened to support this growth trajectory.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will own the month-end close, produce accurate management accounts, and ensure project profitability is tracked and understood in real time. This role exists because the business has outgrown its current financial reporting capability and needs someone who can bring rigour to project costing and cash flow visibility across an increasingly complex pipeline.Close the general ledger each month and produce management accounts with clear variance reportingBuild and maintain project budgets, tracking spend against forecast and identifying cost overruns earlyManage work-in-progress valuations and margin analysis across live developmentsReconcile balance sheet items and lead statutory accounts preparation with the external auditorProduce cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital across the project estateWork with site managers and operations to validate costs and resolve coding queriesIdentify process improvements and implement tighter controls over expenditureWhat ..... full job details .....
