Trainee BIM/CAD TechnicianAn ambitious Trainee BIM CAD Technician is needed to join a growing company; an established organisation which specialises in the production of fully engineered and co-ordinated building services models which satisfy the latest BIM requirements.Must be keen to learn as this is a fantastic opportunity for a trainee CAD technician to join an established organisation as part of a growing team with a combined experience of over 60 years in building services projects.Based in Leatherhead£24,400 - £27,000 (depending on experience)Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours20 days holiday increasing annually to a maximum of 25Company contribution pension 4%Job specification:Working under a senior co-ordinator engineer.Work in 2D surface modelling.Preparing end sheets for installation drawings.Modifying schematics and electrical layout drawings.This role will progress to producing drawings in 3D solid modelling.Person specification:IT literate with experience of using AutoCAD.A sound knowledge of engineering principals.An understanding of construction methods.Good communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Able to work to deadlines.Refer a friend and earn £100!
