Working within a busy commercial team, you will produce competitive tenders, quotations, and estimates for mechanical works across sectors including HVAC, plumbing, and building services.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in mechanical estimating within the MandE or construction industry and possess excellent analytical skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and quotations for mechanical installation projects.Calculate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labour.Conduct take-offs from drawings and specifications to support accurate pricing.Assess supplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and value.Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure full understanding of project requirements.Produce project bids in a ..... full job details .....
