BDS are currently working with a national social justice charity to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator to work with the Birmingham area. As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the analysis, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs and pathways that enhance individuals competence and capability Key Responsibilities; Assist in integrating and maintaining effective LandD processes, procedures, and policies Oversee e-learning content creation and updates Compile, produce, and distribute accurate and timely LandD reports Support the onboarding of new joiners by guiding them through mandatory training requirements and helping them access relevant development opportunities. Ensure all LandD-related information, guidance, and resources are accurate and up-to-date You will have; Significant experience in instructional design, adult learning, and skills acquisition. Working knowledge of competency frameworks, learning needs analysis and programme design Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS), including optimisation and user support. Experience leading an LandD function or team in a dynamic environment Based in B3 area This role is Full time 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (2 days in the office, 3 at home) Payrate - £15.13 p/h PAYE or £19.97 p/h UMB Temp ongoing initially.
