This role requires hands-on technical leadership across mechanical and electrical services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. The TSM will oversee technical services coordination, installation compliance, and subcontractor performance on commercial fit-out schemes. You will act as the key technical interface between design, construction, and delivery teams.
