We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Art Teacher to join our dynamic team, we are a specialist SEN uniy. You will be working with Key Stage 4 and 5 students who face significant physical, social, emotional, and mental health challenges, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to explore their creative potential. About the Role:Deliver engaging and therapeutic art lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students.Use art as a tool for expression, building confidence, and fostering emotional resilience.Manage a creative and inclusive classroom environment, while addressing the challenges of behaviour management.Work closely with the wider staff team, including SEN specialists, pastoral care, and external agencies, to provide holistic support for each student.Inspire students to gain qualifications in Art and Design, and nurture their talents through projects that reflect their personal growth and development. What We''re Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Experience working with SEMH students or in a PRU setting is highly desirable.Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design, with the ability to deliver across KS4 and KS5.A ..... full job details .....
