Responsibilities:
andbull; Produce, Monitor and review tender documentation
andbull; Ensure all the tenders and designs are robust and competitive as possible
andbull; Liaise directly with clients, sub-contractors, making sure tender stages are running efficiently as possible
andbull; Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, helping co-ordinate tenders with internal teams
andbull; Verify designs and make sure the business are getting best value for money with suppliers
andbull; Develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
andbull; Value engineering
andbull; Maintain company standards in terms of quality
andbull; Attend pre-contract meetings with clients and internal members of the team

Requirements:
andbull; Minimum HNC qualified in Mechanical/Building Services or related subject.
andbull; Experienced in managing activities across several projects
andbull; Ideally you will have managed pre-construction up to andpound;10m
andbull; Strong understanding of MEP services
andbull; Design Software experience would be an advantage
andbull; Working knowledge of company safety and quality procedures.
andbull; IT literate and conversant with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Project.
andbull; Fully conversant with CDM regulations and able to operate at senior level in fulfilling the role of principal contractor.
andbull; High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines.
andbull; IT literate, confident with all Microsoft packages
