Mechanical Engineering Lecturer

You''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across practical workshops and classroom sessions, particularly within EAL apprenticeships. What you''ll do: Teach, assess, and support learners across Levels 1-5 in mechanical engineering disciplinesDeliver both practical and theoretical sessions in areas such as CNC programming, milling and turning, 3D printing, and CADSupport learners in developing their technical understanding, employability, and problem-solving skillsContribute to curriculum planning and course development to meet employer and industry needsProvide excellent support, guidance, and feedback to help learners achieve their full potentialEmbed core themes such as health and safety, equality, and British values within your teachingMaintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and assessmentEngage with employers to support apprenticeships and work-based learning opportunities What we''re looking for: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one within an agreed timeframe, that we will provide the opportunity for).
