Town Planner
This role requires a Town Planner to manage planning applications and development projects within the property sector. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality services and providing a supportive working environment for their employees.DescriptionThe role requires a confident planner that can take lead responsibility for day-to-day running of projects, supporting clients through the planning system and delivering positive outcomes. They will have a central role in the Planning and Development Team, working closely with more senior members of the team and directly contributing to a diverse range of planning work. Core roles and responsibilities will include: - Advising and preparing planning applications of all scales for a range of sectors / land uses, including coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams.- Advising clients on Town Planning strategy and approach- Leading the preparation of LDP (and wider policy) representations- Leading the preparation of planning research and reporting (eg.
