Site Managers | School Refurbishment Season (North East)
Are you a Site Manager looking to lock in your summer schedule? We are currently recruiting for several Site Managers to oversee fast-paced school refurbishment projects across the North East (including Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, and Teesside).
These are temporary contracts specifically tailored to the summer holiday window. If you enjoy high-intensity projects with a firm deadline and want to earn a competitive daily rate, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Duration: July - September (Summer Break).
Pay: -250 per day (CIS).
Sector: Education / Internal Refurbishment.
Scope: Managing subcontractors, ensuring strict health and safety compliance, and hitting weekly milestones to ensure the school is ready for the September intake.
What You''ll Need
To be considered for these roles, you must hold the following "Big Three" plus relevant site experience:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
CSCS Black Card (Highly preferred) or Gold.
First Aid at Work (3-day certificate).
Experience: A proven track record in school refurbs or fast-track commercial fit-outs is essential.
