Working closely with local farmers and producers, our seasonal menus showcase the best produce available throughout the year.About the RoleAs Chef de Partie, you''ll play a key role in our busy, fast-paced kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking dishes for our seasonal breakfast and lunch menus. Producing fresh hot and cold food for our grab-and-go offering. Baking a range of homemade cakes, desserts and sweet treats for our deli and café, using seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Assisting with the development of seasonal cake and dessert specials. Assisting the senior chefs during daily service. Supporting the preparation and delivery of private dining events for up to 100 guests. Helping cater for external events serving up to 350 guests. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.Our Service Breakfast: 9:00am - 12:00pm Lunch: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Private dining and occasional evening events.
