This opportunity is to assist me to be as independent as possible. In other words, being my hands, as I cannot physically do a lot of things for myself due to having Muscular Dystrophy. I will require assistance with all aspects of personal care, eating, cleaning, cooking, daily activities, support within the community, driving my adaptive vehicle (not essential) and anything else that I require to lead an active and independent life.
