NPI and Commercialisation Manager Permanent staff position Central London Hybrid working £65,000 + 20% bonus Benefits package including private medical and enhanced mat/pat leave We are seeking a New Product Introduction and Commercialisation Manager to drive the successful launch of new products, with a primary focus on medical devices. You will be the primary knowledge point for all NPI, leading the entire end-to-end execution and commercialisation process from strategy through to market launch. What You''ll Bring To The Team: Extensive experience in large-scale project or programme management Knowledge and experience working with medical devices, including launch processes and regulatory/legal controls Proven success in prior medical devices launches into international markets is preferred Cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously What You ll Be Doing: Managing and delivering NPI projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the creation and approval of technical documentation for medical devices Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans Building out long-term commercialisation plans and supporting market access and commercial readiness.
