Head of Technology Transformation Package: Base Circa £105k - £120k Comprehensive Benefits Reports to: IT Director Location: Yorkshire Role Purpose The Head of Technology Transformation will lead the organisation''s technology-enabled transformation agenda, ensuring technology, data and digital capabilities deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes. Working closely with the IT Director and Executive Leadership Team, the role will develop and deliver a transformation roadmap covering Dynamics 365, data, automation, digital platforms and business process improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a technology transformation roadmap aligned to wider business objectives. Lead major technology-enabled transformation programmes from strategy and business case through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. Lead the transformation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring successful implementation, integration and business adoption. Identify opportunities to improve processes, operating models and customer journeys through technology, automation, data and AI. Establish effective transformation governance, prioritisation, risk management and benefits tracking.
