Minimum of 7 years of extensive U.S. taxation work experience, with a focus on investment funds or international corporate structures.Bachelors degree in accounting/taxation or a related field, coupled with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent).Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering superior results.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Essential background in Financial Services, with expertise in private equity and/or hedge funds is required.Benefits
