ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly investor reports to be distributed to investors and other deal participants
Periodic monitoring of Portfolio Limits, Performance Triggers and Borrowing Base calculations
Instructing cash payments on each Interest Payment Date to investors, agents and other third parties
Collaborate with Treasury to manage liquidity, monitor cash levels, execute sweeps, and draw down facilities
Work with the Capital Markets team on new transactions and amendments to existing facilities
Manage a full transaction lifecycle from initial set-up through ongoing cash flow requirements and reconciliation with the loan reporting system
The Ideal Candidate Is Someone ThatEnsures timely and accurate distribution of reports to internal teams, investors, and regulators
Has strong attention to detail and can manage deadlines
Supports other team members and works well in a team
Anticipates reporting issues and prevents them at the structuring stage
Brings a growth mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach
Skills and Experience Required2–3 years experience in a cash management / reconciliation / financial reporting role at a leading financial institution or fintech
Experience with securitisation, structured finance or similar products is desirable; understanding of borrowing base mechanics, waterfall calculations, and portfolio diversification
Strong Excel skills; Looker knowledge is a bonus
Education: 2:1 or better from a top university
The Salary
We expect to pay from £45,000 – £55,000 for this role. Please include your salary goals with your application. We benchmark salaries against market rates and conduct quarterly performance and salary reviews.
