Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Industry Ideally MandE or MEICA experience A leading contractor delivering specialist installation and maintenance projects in the water industry is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. They have secured major work across Southeast Water, Southern Water and Thames Water. If you have experience with construction and engineering-related projects, particularly using NEC contracts, then this could be the role for you. Why Apply? Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages. Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts. Maximise commercial efficiency on the project(s) you work on. Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain. Negotiate contracts and packages Collating monthly contract reports. Supporting junior Quantity Surveyors.
