Head of Estates - (6 Months FTC)We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Estates to lead operations across a large residential Build to Rent development in the Midlands.This is a site based leadership role responsible for overseeing the estate and common areas, ensuring high operational standards, compliance and effective team management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the on site estates teamOversee planned and reactive maintenanceManage contractors and service partnersEnsure full health and safety complianceMonitor budgets and service charge expenditureAct as the main operational contact for stakeholders and clientsSupport delivery of projects, defects management and estate improvementsRequirements:Strong estates or facilities management experienceResidential or BTR experience preferredProven team leadership and contractor management skillsConfident managing stakeholders and operational performanceHealth and Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)This role is offered on a 6 months fixed term contract with an immediate start preferred. ..... full job details .....
