About the role The Association strives to deliver well-evidenced, effective and continually improved welfare and wellbeing services which achieve maximum reach and impact throughout the RAF community. The Services Development Manager will provide strategic leadership for the design, development implementation and enhancement of a portfolio of innovative welfare and wellbeing services.
