Project Manager

Marlow/High Wycombe, UK (onsite) | Full-Time | Permanent | Up to -75,000

I am currently recruiting for a global leader in designing and manufacturing of audio and content creation tools, from microphones to audio interfaces, using AI technologies to enhance the future of audio and video processing.

We are looking for a Project manager to join the Audio/Visual team. You will be responsible for project planning and execution, ensuring smooth collaboration and coordination between technical and creative teams, managing risk and problem solving, communicating with leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and product roadmap and managing quality assurance and delivery.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology, audio, video, or AI domains.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver their best work.
• Ability to adapt quickly and pivot direction in response to change.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of AI technologies, audio engineering, or video production.
• Familiarity with content creation workflows or related industries.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
